Ann Pickering, Chartered Fellow, Institute of Personnel Development:
Ann Pickering is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and until recently, was the CHRO & Chief of Staff of O2 UK Ltd. Here, she managed a team of 130 who provide HR services to the 6500 O2 employees in the UK.

Wendy James, Leadership, Learning, Talent and Diversity Director, BT:
Wendy has over 30 years HR experience across a range of employers – public and private sector – working with clients and stakeholders at all levels. She spent 16 years at the London Stock Exchange helping to transform the company from a “membership club” to a fully listed commercial company. In her current role at BT she is responsible for Learning, Leadership, Talent, Diversity and Health and Well Being across the Technology and Corporate Units.
