BoardEx expands analyst teams
Since September last year, business networking service, BoardEx, has added over 140 people to its team of analysts. BoardEx is unique in the way it builds its database of world-leading business people.
CEO James Daly explains, “Networking sites either use web scrapers exclusively to gain their information, or they rely on people volunteering their details. To be blunt, neither approach works - particularly with senior executives. Results are incomplete, inconsistent and, frankly, often downright inaccurate. In contrast, we use technology combined with highly-trained analysts to ensure we glean every scrap of publically available information. The analysts asses it for accuracy and quality and only then do we build a person’s profile.”
This approach has won the company many admirers. As one investment banking customer put it, “BoardEx is the only information we trust enough to build our strategy from it.”
