Richard MacWilliams
Chairman
Dick opened the North American business for the Company in 2003. Dick was previously an Executive Vice President for Bridge Information Systems. While at Bridge he was head of worldwide sales and marketing. Dick joined Bridge in 1995 as a result of Bridge’s acquisition of EJV Partners, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining EJV in 1991, Dick was executive vice president and trading manager for Drexel Burnham Government Securities. He held a similar post at DLJ from 1981 to 1984.
James Daly
Chief Executive Officer
James Daly has been a driving force in the success of BoardEx. He joined following a career at Dow Jones spanning ten years where he held various senior management positions. Amongst his responsibilities was the management of Dow Jones Markets business in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. His role encompassed sales, customer support, technical operations and finance. He later became the Managing Director for Europe at IQ Financial Systems, a Deutsche Bank Ventures Company.
Tom Brannan
Marketing Director
Tom joined BoardEx as Marketing Director in 2008. He has extensive experience in business-to-business marketing, is a former Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and author of two books and numerous articles on the subject. Tom has an impressive record of building business brands.
Neil Davies
Finance Director
Neil joined the Company in July 2004 as Finance Director having worked over the last fifteen years in senior financial roles with a number of SME’s in the technology field with client sectors including Asset Managers, Life Companies and Derivative/Option Trading banks and firms. Prior to that Neil also spent three years with United Newspapers plc as a Financial Accountant based in their head office. After graduating from the University of Birmingham (Commerce/Accounting, 1982) Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 with Ernst & Whinney in London.
Patrick J. Dunlavy
Commercial Director
Pat joined BoardEx in June 2009 to oversee the global commercial activities of the Company. Prior to coming to BoardEx he was Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CitationShares, a division of Cessna Aircraft Company, offering fractional jet ownership, jet card membership and whole aircraft management. Before that Pat spent 27 years on Wall Street, primarily at Salomon Brothers, where he was Managing Director in charge of Global Fixed Income Sales.
Cameron Ireland
Chief Technology Officer
Cameron joined BoardEx in 2001 and has built up a team of E-Commerce technical specialists who develop and maintain the BoardEx product suite. Prior to joining the Company, Cameron was a Management Consultant with City Consultants where he was the technology specialist for E-Commerce. Cameron's career in Information Technology spans over 15 years and during that time he has held senior IT Positions in E-Vote (Thomson Financial), Reuters and Cabletron Systems.
Dominick Sutton
Managing Director - Content
Dominick’s content and analytical expertise has been developed over many years in investment banking and economics. Prior to joining the company Dominick was Head: Economics & Research at Investec Ireland from 1999 and Chief Economist in the Gandon Group from 1994 to 1999. Before that he was Senior International Economist at ABSA in South Africa, served with a public sector venture capital fund and was an Assistant Director working in water pollution in South Africa. Among his qualifications he holds an MBA, a MCom, further degrees in Economics and Science and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Greg Wood
Sales Director
Greg Wood’s strength in selling to the target institutional segments has been built from sales and marketing for IQ Financial Systems, Dow Jones Markets and previously as a financial markets practitioner with Liberty inc. Prior to that Greg held senior marketing management roles at Taylor Nelson Sofres, a global market research firm, and Johnson Wax in South Africa.
Janice Woollett
Director of Human Resources and Business Administration
Janice manages the Administrative & Human Resources requirements of the Company. Her experience in implementation and management of high volume customer management and billing systems is particularly valuable as is her background from within the Financial Services area where she has an all-round understanding of the demands of this marketplace.

Eddie Bell
Eddie Bell is Chairman of Bell Lomax Moreton a leading literary agency. Eddie has over 35 years experience in the Publishing business and for 15 years was Chairman and Publisher of Harper Collins a News Corporation Company. Eddie was formerly senior vice president of Harper Paperbacks in New York. He now sits on the board of Haynes Publishers The leading automotive manual publisher as a non executive director and is non executive director of Be Cogent a leading contact centre. Eddie was former Non Executive Chairman Of OAG worldwide an information business servicing the Airline sector.
Julian Sainty
Julian Sainty is a founder shareholder of BoardEx and a founding Partner of both Sainty, Hird & Partners Limited, a leading Executive Search firm, and of Sabre Corporate Finance. He was previously a founder Director of Norman Broadbent International Limited. Julian is an investor in a range of private companies.
Philip J. Cenatiempo
Philip J. Cenatiempo is a Vice President in the Principal Strategic Investment Group at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he focuses on principal investments in companies offering content, trading and post trade related products and services. Prior to joining Goldman in 2004, Phil spent 17 years on the vendor side of the financial services industry, most recently as Managing Director of Dealer Direct Services at Moneyline Telerate, where he worked with global investment banks to distribute content, analytics and electronic trading products to their clients. He has also held senior product management and business development positions at Moody’s Investors Services and Dow Jones Telerate.
