BoardEx is the trading name of Management Diagnostics Limited, an independent, privately owned corporate research company.

Our team has extensive experience in financial markets and, around 1998, we spotted what we felt to be a substantial gap in directors' and investors' ability to analyse boards and their members in an efficient manner. The information sources existed to do so - but the actual process was so time consuming that the reward for effort was pretty poor.

We spent over 2 years developing BoardEx, to create an effective means of producing insightful analyses quickly and easily. We believe we have succeeded beyond even our own expectations.
